For venues

From the first message to a paid booking.

Pinglo answers your booking messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and your website. It offers only the courts that are really free, holds the one they pick and takes the payment. Here's what that looks like, for your customers and for your team.

Pinglo's inbox. The assistant offered a customer six free times, took their name and sent a payment card for LKR 8,000. The booking shows as held on the right.
The customer's chat: a payment card reading Pay LKR 8,000, held until 22:48, and the reply: It's held for you until 22:48. Pay with the card above to confirm it.

What your customers see

They ask the way they always do. It answers in seconds.

A customer asks: Any court tomorrow evening? There are 4 of us. The reply is a list of six free 90-minute times, each with a court and LKR 8,000.
  1. They ask in their own words.

“Any court tomorrow evening? There are 4 of us.” Pinglo checks your live calendar and sends the free times as a list they can tap.

  2. It holds the court.

They pick a time and give a name and number. The court is held for them while they pay, and nobody else can take it.

  3. Paid means confirmed.

The payment card goes to your own PayHere or Stripe account. The booking confirms itself when the money lands, not when someone says they've paid.

After a name and number, a payment card for LKR 8,000 and the reply: It's held for you until 22:48. Pay with the card above to confirm it.

The same assistant answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, LINE and a chat button on your website.

What your team sees

You stay in charge. Step in any time, or never.

One inbox for every channel.

Every conversation from WhatsApp, Instagram and your website in one place, with what the customer asked for, the times it offered and the booking it made. Take over with one tap, and hand it back when you're done.

The inbox: a list of conversations, the open chat with the assistant's replies, and the customer and their held booking on the right.

Tonight, at a glance.

What came in today, how full your courts are, who needs a person, and every booking on a timeline of your courts, coaches and rooms.

The Tonight screen: money taken today, the share of court time booked, conversations that need a person, and a timeline of today's bookings on each court.

One calendar, for the assistant and your desk.

Pinglo books into the same calendar your team uses. Phone and walk-in bookings go in from here too, and two people can never hold the same court.

The bookings calendar: each court as a row through the day, with confirmed bookings, holds waiting for payment and one that needs review.

Payments that check themselves.

Money goes straight to your account. A short payment, or one that lands after a hold has expired, goes to a queue for a person, with a refund button when you need it.

The payments screen: money taken this month, refunds, and one payment flagged for review because it was less than the booking's total.

Your voice, your rules.

Choose how it sounds and how much it may do on its own: answer questions only, hold courts, or send payment requests. It quotes your house rules and cancellation policy, and hands discounts, refunds and complaints to your team.

The assistant's settings: four voices with an example reply each, and the steps of what it may do on its own, from answering questions to sending payment requests.

Your courts and prices, exactly as you set them.

Courts, rooms, coaching, opening hours and closures. Pinglo never invents a time or a price: it books only from this list.

Courts and pricing: four courts and a coaching studio, each with its capacity, opening hours and status.

Reports that count bookings, not messages.

Revenue, how full your courts were, how fast enquiries got an answer, and how many of them ended in a paid booking.

Reports for the last 30 days: money taken, sessions, the share of court time booked, enquiries that paid, the median first reply, and revenue per day.

Every screen here is the real product, showing our demo venue's sample data.

How a pilot works

We set it up with you, one venue at a time.

  1. A 15-minute demo

On a call or at your venue. You message it from your own phone and watch it book one of your courts.

  2. Your courts, prices and hours

Send them over and we set everything up for you, including your house rules and cancellation policy.

  3. It answers for 30 days

On your website chat, your Instagram or a new booking number on WhatsApp, while you keep an eye on the inbox.

  4. You decide

If it isn't worth it after 30 days, you stop. If it is, you keep it.

Request a demo

See it with your own courts.

Tell us about your venue and we'll get in touch to set up a 15-minute demo, loaded with your courts and prices.

Or try it now, on our demo venue: pinglo.lk/demo

We'll only use this to talk to you about Pinglo.

Questions venues ask

Can it use our current WhatsApp number?

Not yet on the same number your team uses in the WhatsApp Business app. For a pilot you choose: start on your website chat and Instagram and leave your WhatsApp as it is, add a new booking number on WhatsApp, or move your main number into Pinglo so your team answers from its inbox.

Do we need a website?

No. Pinglo answers WhatsApp and Instagram, and the website chat also works as a link you can share anywhere, such as your Instagram bio.

What happens when a customer wants a discount or a refund?

It hands the conversation to your team, with everything said so far, and tells the customer a person will reply. It never offers a discount or makes an exception on its own.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your own PayHere or Stripe account. Pinglo never holds it. If you'd rather take payment at the club, it holds the court and your team confirms the booking.

Can we stop it answering?

Any time. Take over a single conversation with one tap, pause a channel, or set it to answer questions only and leave the booking to you.
